Small hotfix

[BUG FIXES]

• Fixes that fails to buy an upgrade center
• Fixed school floors still appearing outside the school
• Fixed a couple H-Scenes not appearing

[STORY]

• Finish Chapter 2
• Added Chapter 3
• Added 1 story part for Abigail
• Abigail can now be recruited after the end of Chapter 2
  • Abigail still can't be deployed

[SCEENS]

• Updated World map 

How the video problem was fixed.

What problems could have started it.

The Media was not supported https://developer.android.com/guide/topics/media/media-formats

The video was defined wrong. I define my videos to change their size and I must've inputted it wrong

I have excluded it from building versions of the game.

Took me a full day to find the problem just to find out that I've  excluded it from builds, the other problems could also be the problem.
